The focus of the American Society for Engineering Education is to continue the education of educators. The Faculty Development division works to build a strong community of engineering educators in order to translate engineering education research into action. The division strives to promote faculty development through practice, scholarship, and the advancement of professions that directly and indirectly support the growth of engineering educators.
