Participant Learning Objectives
By the end of the semester, participants should be able to:
1. Design a technology-enabled STEM-based course integrating research-based principles to serve the needs of hybrid and remote settings.
2. Critically examine current teaching practices while integrating peer feedback.
3. Identify ways to create an inclusive learning environment relative to the needs of each individual learner.
4. Create an action research plan in their classrooms to understand and improve their online learning environment.
5. Produce solutions to connectivity issues to allow for implementation of a hands-on-experience.
